I used one coat of Zoya Zuza for this, and stamped using BM-215 in a sally hansen gold pen.

Sally Hansen Strobe Light
This color is gorgeous. I love almost everything about it. What really got me into nail polish was the katy perry collection. I got all the mini's then decided I would go back and get the ones I really liked. I liked all of them, but when I went to go back, they didn't have any more teenage dream. I was very disappointed, but then remembered I had this polish, which is similar. I wore this to my college orientation, and looking at all the color entertained me while I was there. The only bad thing is that it is very sheer, this is four or five coats. It looks like I have fake nails cuz you just see a giant goop of polish sitting on the nails.

Summer Fun Challenge- Day 8: Fun in the Sun
Today is the final day in the summer challenge. It's sad to see it end, it was a great challenge. For the last day, you can do anything. I chose to do neon polka dots.
I used a white for a base and did the polka dots using a dotting tool and sinful colors neon polishes.

Summer Fun Challenge- Day 7: Summer Stylin'
For this day, I thought I wanted to do flip flops or bikini's. Then I thought why not do a design based on my favorite bikini? The result is one of my favorite mani's I've ever done. The light purple is Sally Hansen Xtreme wear in Lacey Lilac and is stamped with bundle monster plate BM-221 using NYC in Purple Pizzazz Frost. The colors look great together, and I am definately going to try more designs with similar combinations in the future.

Firework nails!
I meant to post this on the fourth or fifth, but I was a little busy. My dad told me to do fireworks on my nails, not flags like I usually do, so here is the result.

Summer Fun Challenge- Day 6: The Big Blue
This was another day where I had no direction. I spent the day at the beach, but I still didn't know what exactly I should do. I knew I wanted to do a blue water marble, and it turned out okay in the end. I had some difficultly, but mostly because I forgot to use tape and clean up took forever it felt like. I used a dark navy blue, a royal blue and a greenish color for this design.
It didn't turn out too bad, but I think it could have benefited from some extra prep work on my part, like a base color that I decided to skip. Overall, it's nice and doesn't look that bad.
Glitter Tips
This is a super simple, super quick mani that still looked awesome. I used a kiss nail art brush and applied two coats to the tips and added a topcoat. My pointer finger nail broke, so my thumb is covering it up.

Summer Fun Challenge- Day 5: Are We There Yet?
Honestly I didn't know what to do for this. I was going to do a design, but I just wasn't feeling the theme. I decided that a nice snakeskin mani would work fine. It could be a trip to the zoo, and the snakeskin is the zoo. Kind of a stretch, but I think it looks good.
I used one coat of Zoya Zuza for this, and stamped using BM-215 in a sally hansen gold pen. Zuza by itself is gorgeous, but I love how it looked with the snakeskin design.
